We need 50% of the total class as a deposit to hold your spot in the class and the balance is due the first day of class. |
The registration is to claim your spot in the class and holds the date & time you choose. |
We are taking ongoing registrations. Pre-registration is required! We limit our class sizes so we work on a first come first serve basis. You must have registered through the site and paid the deposit to hold your spot in the class. Once we reach our class limit we then open a new class. The fastest way to hold your registration is by credit card.
You should try to arrive 5 minutes prior to class because we do start on time. We teach a lot and completely fill the entire class.
No – lotion or oils on hands, arms or legs. Sorry ladies we need your skin clean and smooth and don't want to make the poles or floor slippery.
If you cancel more than 14 days in advance of your class, the money is refundable. Within 14 days there is no refund as we have held your spot in the class. Sorry ladies no exceptions.

If you need to skip a class we require a 24 hour notice either by phone or by email (there will be make-up classes available). If we don't receive a 24 hour notice you forfeit the make-up class. |
If we need to cancel a class for any reason we will provide a 24 hour notice to the best of our ability either by phone or by email (typically our cancellations will be for weather conditions only and there will be a make-up class). |
Please note: Flexx Dance Works is a home based studio. All classes are held in my home. |
