Hi, I'm Allie, and I created Flexx Dance Works in 2007 with the vision of helping women to feel sexy in their own skin, strengthen their bodies, and of course, have fun!

I decided to create Flexx Dance Works to empower women and to teach double pole lessons.

I have had several years experience in pole & exotic dance and several years of professional training in ballet & jazz.

Currently all classes are held in my home. I have turned one of the rooms in my home into a pole studio.

I currently have a full time job, and I teach after work.
